The location is favorable, but it functions as a studio rather than an office. The available space for setting up and working is inadequate. Moreover, there is no dedicated restroom, and having to share facilities with other occupants is quite inconvenient.

The owner lacks professionalism in salary calculations, arbitrarily reducing pay for employees on leave. Notably, there is no HR department or team in place.
