Only good thing is that, in most of the cases, work location will be client location. So not to worry on the in-house culture.

Dislikes

...transparent and genuine. Revised quite often without any notice/communication. Salary structure is exaggerated and not that good compared to other competitors/service companies. Less scope for Innovation, skill development and trainings as this is a service based company and more importance is on customer billing.

We join this company in Jan 2020 and after only 2 months they give us notice period due to unavailability of project. They don't have gurrant that project will not available in future but still they recruted more than 10 people and spoil there future. We didn't have a single day to work on actually projects. So,if you want to risk your future Career then your most welcome to join this company.
