SEMBCORP management is Singapore MNC good company, salary,leave,bonus etc.

Dislikes

Local employees working from 6years and above they are not good knowledge about work and not meet new technologies and some HOD also same problems.

Teammates had good communication skills and sharing knowledge, good environment, satisfactory benefits and salaries, gave more experience to everyone.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and just satisfactory salaries, cafeteria rules, attempting feild operators calls continuously.

Management is good , No recognisition for talent , HODs don't have sufficient technical knowledge , Managers are even worst ,they know only how to do politics....no new learning experience . everything is hidden, have to like a labour . .....

As a organization it's really good but few senior staff influencing bad culture and pumping negative energy in work place. Finally its not a good place to work at Nellore location

Dislikes

There priorities are different and least importance to professional skills and capabilities. Only survival skills people may survive the without working skills

India office is deeply routed with management and business heads professional politicals by their selective favorosims to only few people in the team which lead serious issues in getting interest to work long.
