There is full on politics. Management of the project site is very poor. Peoples are very arrogant. Higher official taking credits and all time reday for blame the junior for save their chairs.

SEMAC WAS A DREAM PLACE TO WORK SOME ONE YEARS BACK. BUT IT SUFFERED BADLY IN HANDS OF NEW MANAGMENT. NOW IT OS KNOWN FOR ALL BAD REASONS. SADLY EVEN I HAVE MOVED OUT,,WHICH I NEVER WANTED. TOOMUCH OF INTERNAL POLITICS NOW. MANAGEMENT LISTENING TO WRONG PEOPLE FOR RIGHT DECISIONS TO BE TAKEN AND THEN SITTING ON A PILE OF BLUNDER. VERY SAD.

Work experience with Semac was very good. There was comfortable environment, co-operations, Company Culture that all good.
