As someone who started their career in IP Law at this office, I can confidently say that it is an incredible place to begin your professional jouney. Not only does the firm provide top-notch legal training, but it also offers invaluable life skills that will benefit noth inside and outside the office. One of the great things about the firm is the emphasis on client interaction. From day one, I was given the opportunity to meet with clients & negotiate deals. These experiences allowed me to develop not only my legal skills but also my interpersonal skills, which are essential for success in my career. The trust the firms places in its team allows them or rather gets one to take ownership of work and grow professionally & personally.

Dislikes

We were a small team & more than often clients come with last minute deadlines. This is nothing to do with the firm but having more hands on deck might have been helpful but looking abck now when I am currently running my botique practice I can imagine the challenges a small firm faces and how every penny spent is valuable.

Likes

One gets to work on all the sectors of IP including Contracts, Litigation, and have direct communication with clients. Work environment is very friendly and the people are very helpful. Getting leaves is mostly not an issue, given prior notice. Great quality and quantity of work. Nobody disturbs you on your off days.

Dislikes

The policies should be made more transparent and permanent.

You get to learn a lot of things that is not possible in other firms.

Dislikes

Till you clear the Junior Associate stage you are always under rigorous training. This could be something to look at but fairly understandable.
