salary on time, normal work pressure, sufficient bonus like bday bonus, women's day treat, diwali bonus. balance between personal & professional life. time to time interaction with global team. A lot to learn and good job security , sufficient appraisal on time which encourage us.

Selling Simplified is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I liked their company because of few reasons- learning, skill development, work life balance, compensation & benefits, company culture, career growth & opportunities, job security, job satisfaction etc. I got few chance to work with many different clients across the globe. Other way, my co-workers come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily together by sharing experiences & skills. Training manager provides sufficient training to engage with actual practical work responsibilities and given time to cope up with the matter.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting and client calls/emails anytime even sometimes late into the night. Compensation is decent. There is no such job training for fresh graduates/ interns hence, senior co workers helped a lot to sort out it whatever possible.

...ow what Delhi is known for. Workplace is never clean. Task comes at end of day. Policies are frequently changed to favor boss like If they fire you, it will 1 month compensation however, if you resign it will 3 months. Bosses enjoy everything on company's money, but during appraisal they say it is nothing. People are being fired every month . Also there are no facilities no even parking. I don't know if they even have fund for facilities if they have, it is being taken by admin team for their own use. CONCLUSION : DON'T EVEN APPEAR FOR INTERVIEW, JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK

Pure technical work using latest technologies. Learning opportunities. Good annual increment. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Loose policies and procedures. Poor management & leadership. No KPI system and no proper way to measure performance. No motivational events or parties at all. No employee encouragement using awards or anything. No office trip etc. Random firing of employees.

Likes

The work culture was like MNC but the work level was very low like any 12th personal can do the job.

Dislikes

There is no such thing like job guarantee. You don't know when and on what parameters you will be fired.
