I've had the privilege of working with experienced mentors who have guided me through complex challenges and instilled a passion for excellence. The company's collaborative work culture has fostered strong professional relationships and provided valuable insights into various aspects of the ecommerce business. Also, the company's commitment to employee well-being, through Company outings and other HR initiatives

I have been working for the last 4 years, joined as a SEO executive then was assigned additional responsibilities and have over a period of time. I have learnt new concepts like Account Based Marketing, DemandGen, Pillar Based Marketing and Campaign Management. The company have shown confidence in me and made me the manager to manage the demandgen team, I'm thankful for that.

Last 3-4 years, I have worked under 3 leaders some were good, I learnt a lot from them but others were not good. finally I got to stay back and become a manager myself but before it was difficult to showcase my skills

I joined as a customer support person, joined the CS team and had minimum knowledge on what Customer Success is and over the next 3 years, I'm now a Sr Manager of Customer Success - a lot of learning and growth was possible. Company was accommodative on some of the personal challenges that I had during covid period, I'm thankful for the company.

Dislikes

My biggest complaint was I was getting a cab when I was working as a customer support rep in my previous company, here we don't have any cab support :(
