Micro management Poor team leads and management Worst policies Very poor salary and night shift allowance Incentive and salary deduction without prior information and reasons No job security Night shift timings (PHONES NOT ALLOWED) Internal politics Security guard monitors minute to minute access and half day salary will be deducted for 2 to 5 mins short fall in access

Compensation is very good in terms of payment and insensitives. No company can ever pays to employees that much of insensitives.

Dislikes

Company and management is excellent but except one manager Mustafa Kamal Hussain, unfortunately if you under his team probably you can survive for only two weeks hardly. Other than this manager, this company awesome and growing everyday.

1. Out of 9 hours, you must stay inside the office for 8 hours without fail, apart from your break. If not, there will be a half day LOP. 2. Night shift allowance 100rs per day. Therefore a maximum of 2,200 per month 3. No cab facility for male employees. Only female employees whose logout is post 12 at night cab will be provided. 4.They are not employee centric. Their focus is how to cut employee wages 5. Pathetic management 6. No professionalism 7. No proper washrooms. No tissues at all. Sulabh complex maintains a decent washrooms at least. If you still join after looking my review, it means you are going crazy
