Nothing, Pretends to be very great and friendly company, but not in reality

...tting his efforts but not getting results they will terminate them on the spot.. 4- salary commitment - firstly they will commit the particular amount of the salary and after at the time of giving salary they will make some deduction which they never mentioned at the time of salary discussion 5- they dont have HR for internal operations...nobody is taking a stand for the issues faced by employees Please make sure that you are taking enough time to do research about this firm..

The Managing Director welcomes feedback and ideas, implements decisions and responds to internal escalations spontaneously. The Non IT recruitment department functions really smoothly, having achieved both their individual member and team targets for the first quarter of 2024.

Dislikes

The IT Recruitment department, which I was a part of, suffered tremendously due to lack of good leadership, unsupportive team lead and accounts manager. As a result, most of the team members resigned. The inclusion of close family members, having no proper experience and relevant educational qualifications in the industry and granted higher designations at the organization made it really difficult for freshers to adjust and work efficiently in the environment of bias and unequal treatment without proper training provided.

Likes

The work culture is great. You get to learn a lot especially if you're a fresher, this is the right organisation to kick start your career. They provide a work life balance. Plenty of opportunities.

There's nothing which I can dislike about Selections HR Services. This company has provided me a lot of knowledge, experience & opportunities.

This is an employee centric company where employee's comfort is prioritised similar to business. Office culture is very soothing and employee's suggestions are appreciated and implemented too.

This is a great place to work and learn about different aspects of the Recruitment Industry. The working environment is really great and the Employees are also very supportive.
