Here's a long list of cons I encountered at the job: 1. Diplomatic management- they'll say different things in common company meetings and lay out entirely different rules in one-on-one sessions. 2. You can take leaves but still have to complete 100% of the set monthly targets. 3. They are incredibly complicated and almost impossible to understand rule books for just content management. The primary work takes a back seat. 4. Company policies and changes are highly volatile. One day you are working on different software, and the next, they introduce overly complicated software in the company. 5. The management's words and actions never match. 6. Be ready for extreme work pressure, stress and high targets if you join the company.

Likes

Permanent WFH is great. Employees get macbook pro for development. Application is well written.

Dislikes

No Job security, fires employee without notice. Small development team, Have to be relied on one developer. Work timing may spoil your work life balance.

Likes

Easy going culture. No pressure. The leave policy is quite good. The working hours are flexible. Supportive management and supervisors.

Dislikes

Since its a remote company there are a few processes that take time to get used to. And rules change quickly.
