I had Applied here for the Role of a Senior Designer. They called themselves and asked me to finish some tasks. It was a few desings for their Client KYARI. After I successfully sumbitted the designs. They stopped picking up any calls, without responding to my mails or anything. I am writing this mail after not getting any response for more than a week. Seems like they used them for commercial purposes. Really pathetic and immature experience.

Higher management do not care about the lower management, Do not promote them, Play politics, No transparency, No team bonding activities, No acknowledgement or appreciation not even feedbacks on the performance of the employee,
