There is nothing which one could appreciate about this workplace.

It's a terrible workplace with bad managers and management. People with no ambition can survive here. And matter of fact is that the organisation wants people who cannot think and just listen to them and nod.

Third Class organisation. The Bangalore headquarter is filled up with idiots at best.

Almost everything. You basically end up reporting to a fool who is good at giving orders but have 0 ground knowledge.

Opportunity to work with grassroot

Dislikes

No professionalism, has built a cult culture. No flexibility. Feedbacks arenot based on work, but on how their favourite stream feels about the particular person. They have this elite club who take decision. And this club is not management. Everyone else are treated like their personal servant. Absolutely no respect for personal life.

Initial days were good. The regional management was under able leadership. Team was friendly and welcoming

Dislikes

Few months later I discovered the extreme level of politics and monopoly of the central management in the organisation. It was too an extent that top leadership from regional team left in frustration. The organisation is run by 4-5 people at large and if you are confident about your buttering skill than your work, this organisation is definitely for you. PS - you need to get an entry to this group which is tougher than shark tank. They don't even take an audition for this

The people are very supporting and being from different backgrounds it's a different experience. Very well established ngo that fucntions unlike any other establishment. Promotion of communication and team building is main.
