As I heard about earlier employees, they are not good, they always think negative for the organization and cheated, as the result they are jobless till the date. I have only 1 concern if employee blaming to ANY organization than why they spent so many years in 1 organization Seimitsu work culture is very good. If happen any issue, employee have full rights to talk with their seniors or management. Will support you accordingly. wonderful environment specially for ladies, very much secured. You have free hand of work. Specially My reporting manager & HR/ ADMIN Director of SEIMITSU . SHE is very co-operative & caring. Company always value employees opinion & think of your votes.
