Management doesn't address our issues, no career growth, except job related training from the client no other training is providing. Only fits for 3-5yrs of experience. Don't except anything like decent appraisals, bonus etc, nothing will be provided.

Everything is great. I get to learn a lot. Work life balance is good, Also we have WFH policy which allows you to to WFH any 2 out 5 days of a week. Timings is also flexible. Company Culture is really good and no pressure especially for GET. It is also a growing company which means for a long term it has really good opportunities.

Dislikes

I just feel that they have a lot of deductions from salary because my CTC is 3.5 lpa but my in hand salary is 21600 which is really less. Iam comparing it to my previous offer from tech M in which CTC was 3.25 but in-hand was almost 24000.

Salary hike below 8 percentage If you done your work good but you won't any credit at all Really worst hike ever in any other company

No benefits ( other than salary) to employees No Salary hike Top management never care about your overtime work, stress, work life balance and no proper response for your personal problems They only wants you to work as per client expectation and never listen your concern in it ( voice of employees is not respond by management)
