1.Worst infrastructure 2.Worst salary 3.There is no proper increment and promotion you have to work 3 years to get thousand rupee increment. 4.management doesn't care about employee.

... Atmosphere is quite good but working in forging industry is always challenging. Talking about salary, deserved candidate always get handsome salary package here. Company provides strong job security. Employee not need to bother to loose job. As staff is sufficient, one can get leave easily, so it provides balance to work and personal life.

Dislikes

Like other side of coin, there are some drawbacks too here. Mainly the product is related to wind energy sector which is totally driven by government policy, order remain fluctuating throughout year. No production time of-course give little tense to every one.

SE Forge was my first employment in my carrier. Work culture, team support and team coordination is very good.

*Increment Process and policy. **Finance department only working for their safe and they are projecting other department was wrong always. they pull ball to their boundaries to others.

I'm working in maintenance department in foundry division and working with an excellent team and knowledge gaining experience at day to day.

Sometimes management made wrong decision that's a only disappointment to us.

I learned how to handle critical situation and manage multiple activities at same time,with minimum resources and keep my self cool in extreme pressure condition,

Addressed by Top bosses in very crual way, and not maintain basic fundamental policy, give respect gain respect
