...he work environment is so great that it makes coming to work a breeze every day. The benefits package is great and the pay is also fair. I feel like I can be myself here and not have to deal with people who have a bunch of personal issues.

SeekACE Solutions Pvt. Ltd provides a positive working environment. The team believes that a good work culture promotes productivity and thus ensures that we all get a supportive work culture with minimal corporate politics in order to get the best out of employees. The best thing I like about SeekACE management is that they value all the employees equally and go an extra mile to provide as much job security as possible

Dislikes

Since SeekACE does not have an office in any international location outside India, hence, there are limited possibilities for career progression

I am in my third year of working with SeekACE, and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else. The work environment, the office setup, the team, etc. have all been a blessing to me. Plus they offer leave benefits which is always a plus! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing job to come work with SeekACE Solutions.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
