At the Beginning the things look good, like the work culture, staff, seniors, etc. But during the documentation process, they ask to submit 1 Cancel Cheque and 2 Blank Signed Cheque as the bank account verification purpose and as a security deposit or recovery purpose in future if you will do any fraud or intentionally harm the company, etc. When I denied to give the company a Blank Signed Cheque, then they started argument and forcing me to submit. But if I wasn't did that, then they started misbehaving with me and said to leave the company. There is a fixed time but no one follows, means: you have to come to the office at 9AM (grace time is only 30min.) and they said end time is 5:30 but they take more then that.

Overall a great place where you can work. Company providing you a ground where you can demonstrate your ideas and develop your self.

Worst Company, No Management System, Training process is very poor, Living standar 0, and nothing special in this company, totally worst, This was the worst company in my ten year financial career in which I stayed for only 20 days.

A company that does not values the employees and misguide poor businessmen for the profits and torture them after giving loan. Retention rate is high, fake promises and measures that only brings profit to the company. Poor and biased irrational incentive policies. A poor brand that not only is incapable to stand with its employees but also not with the customers. Uneducated team head and lack of professionalism in the working standards, a team that doesnt even know how to make an effective communication within the company. HR department is a complete waste, no timely responses to mails and calls. In short, bunch of uneducated people running a company of 3-4 years just to fill their pockets completely diregarding the stakeholders involved. Its a shame to work in this company and and just to be a part of such corrupt uneducated organisation.
