There is a huge salary delay issues. old employees have got their salaries stucked for more than 3-5 month. Even employees are not getting paid their variables also..there is a delay in getting FNF settlement amount also..but due to financial crises ex employees are not even getting surety for their FNF amount, even not getting experience letters on time. There is no more meaning for having good work culture, if the basic need ie salary, is delaying for more than a month , that also they might get after doing several followups for the salary.. Internal staffs are helpful, supervisors are supportive, but on the same time there is lots of negativity and bad politics in the system..

Salary delaying issues and keeping salaries on hold for 2-6 months.

...otech was really terrible because there was no job security, no timely salaries. Company has layed off us without giving our salary. Although staff was helpful and supportive. Still could be much better if the organization value it's staff by providing them their salaries timely.

Worst company ever, no payment on time the people who working there not getting salary on 3 and 4months, fake commitment, my 3months salary still pending there and i left that organisation before 6months ago. They people not respond our mails n call. Please don't refer anyone in seed. The worst experience ever.

The Company is irregular in paying Salary and this is the most important aspect for every salaried person this single problem hampers entire working experience

It was a good experience because one has to handle many things other then job profile because of it one becomes alrounder and it is more and more learning.

Dislikes

As one has to handle other departments work so he or she expects salary accordingly which is pathetic in Seed and also there is no extra benefits for employees and there no incentive system.
