...re, No Ethics, No Rules, Rules changing day by day, Its propertiorship company..only single owner running this company by his own decisions and not following the govt rules to make payments like PF, gratuity and labour law rules

Nothing is good in the company. The CEO himself is very toxic.

They treat you like labour. Worst company culture I came across. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend, for longer time, from home without any extra benefit. Average life of good employee is max 3-4 months. They force employees to give rating of 5stars otherwise they don't give them a relieving letter.

Everything, toxic work culture, no appreciation, no timing, make u depressed if u leave on companies timing, doesn't matter how much you put efforts to do good work at the end of the day you are useless

Work environment is good...we can easily talk to our MD sir/mam ...also they listen to us.

Management was not good at all. Also they don't teach us ..what should we do exactly... What are the processes and other equipments they installed ..their working and principle.
