Nothing to like they are working in the dream world with high expectation on crack tools they didn't have the license for any tools they use always take the crack versions and submit your phone by saying security issue.

Unexpected deadlines. No maturity No knowledge Ineffectiveness in everything working atmosphere is like a prison No balance No phone allowed Not give your salary if you leave don't allow unpaid leaves Fake promises They will kick you out in case you take any leave

my worst decision was joining this company.

They use crack tools instead of professional software, which shows zero professionalism and he doesn't allow phones security issue, but he don't know about crack tools has already data of this company. management is worst, with no respect for employees. it feels like prison. they are very strict and don't allow basic digital equipment like phones, headphones and earphones. they treat employ like machines and expecting us to work nonstop without proper breaks. saturdays OFF? Forget it. They cancel holidays whenever there's no work to do.

More than 10 points i have to dislike this company. They not give time to a intern or new employee to settle down here they use is power of full time employee or as a senior also they blamed junior for everything not fix working hour

All things are very bad here like they use all crack tools which is not professional at all. Lack of Management here. They are Very Strict like we are in Prison. They are not allowing digital equipments like phone, headphone, watch etc they want us to work like a dog and they don't even give proper saturday off they cancel holiday at their own will even when there is no work. its very depressing to work here

Everything, from leave policies to the behavior of the management towards you. They pin point each and every work you do. Very demotivating atmosphere I must say. The company should really work upon its attitude towards their employees. No clear communication of tasks or job role, too vague.
