...ngs after one year . They knows i am in sales . They forced me for resignation . They are not giving my one month salary and my incentive + no leave bonus . They hired me for short time they hide this to me . They are cheaters and my money eater

Every thing like teammates, training, learning, work envirnment and salary is good.

Internal politics is very high for new employees no job security and worklife balance due to centerlisation management does not involve any managerial staff in decision and policy making. Comp. Hire people from big corporats and after 3, 4 month say good by in thus way they spoil the carrier of people

Working with Securico has been an absolute pleasure. Staff is very cooperative and ready to help. HR is very friendly. Although someday we can have to work late night but we get proper meals and overtime as well.

I would be great if company offer Saturday off for the technical department.

The way of management to engage with employees to boom their career with all updated technologies and motivate them with reward recognitions and new engagement activities. Helping employees not for show off ,by heart specially in covid time. Being a HR Head i found many of employees calls me to rejoin Securico. The best workplace for girls.

In every organization there are some week ness but the point is here week ness convert into strength as it comes in to notice of management.
