As a intern if you are learning it will be beneficial for you since you will get to learn alot. Just Interact with everyone and learn something from them. If you are a fresher even then the company is good for you, but during that 1year learn as much as you can.

Dislikes

Salary dissatisfaction, Same person giving less work is earning more at the same designation. Managment in Client engagement department is poor, My experience was terrible since my manager was the one who never really supported me in learning, and even because of her my salary deductions took place twice. why because she did not reply on time for the same to the Accounts department. Manager will only support you if you copy her in everything if you keep on praising her for her looks or other things.

It’s the most pathetic company ever. They will ask you to leave anytime. There is lot of politics for incentives in the sales team which upper management is not aware of. You don’t get lead’s because manager wants to keep all them to make his incentive. Never work with them. They will ruin your future. They will make you feel that you don’t know anything. They will mentally harass you .

Mental harassment from the sales manager and director.

I worked with many top insurance companies. But the kind of environment I get here in securenow. Is really admiring. Being a small organization. All ethics and rules followed here.
