Cto is terribly moody.. Changes his decisions based on mood. Does not give salary on time.. Usually after 6-10th every month. Very less leaves. Only 15. All. Working Saturdays 3-5k every month is deducted as stupid retention bonus.

The HR holds no responsibility after you join the company. Each and every decision is made by CTO and he is to much moody. Company has no idea about Work life balance , politics and nepotism is at its peak. CTO keeps doing experiment over every department to increase productivity for which employee has to work more than 11-12hrs and if Still any of his experiment fails the employee has to suffer(Sack them). They never commend you over your efforts rather they push for more. And they don't allow you to make friends over the departments within the company.

Unethical company, askes employees to add fake reviews for the organization. No work life balance. Even on sundays managers nag to work for them.
