Low salary, lots of work pressure, managers don't play there role, all responsibilities are yours, if any thing goes wrong you will stand in front of management, if any achievements you done all your credit goes to your managers. You have to work 7 days. Some time work on late night.

The opportunity to learn and enhance your skills. Job security is very good. 5 day working if your are working with NPD. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

The salary, no promotion policy, appraisal. Everything depends on your manager. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted and good hikes. No work from home or hybrid system. Need to go to office daily and complete 9 hours 15 minutes daily.

Salary levels should be at par with the industry. Also specific areas being paid low while many others being paid really high creates an imbalance and dissatisfaction among people with same experience levels and same designations
