...y singh is very cheap person, he doesn't trust employees. very bad work culture. they cut the salary every month without proper reason. no HR department in the company. they cheat with customers and suppliers also.

Nothing here to like , company has no policy for employees. Company spoiling the carrers of youngsters and new hired candidates. They are firing of employees without think. Here no any carrier.
