This is very bad company.they doesn't treat as employees.they give a lot of work and what we expect they didn't pay for us. They tell just words but they don't pay.they didn't stay on any single word. Please do lnt believe this company and they will relieve people if they dont like.very bad company

SecqureOne is now pro1 health system don't get fooled by name change management will remain same. Nothing to like

...enever they want. Management is very bad including TL and the arrogant manager.. Target is so high and salary less.. and you have to work all 7 days no rest for eyes only compensate for the target. If you are fresher please do not join here you will lose interest in medical coding because of worst management Its my honest review please think twice before joining here.

but all other are not satisfy..not follow proper rule and regulations.. i am releived that company in sep month ..now as octomber month not get any releiving letter and settlement ..HR Team are not working..they are not reply calls and messages...overall the company as fraud..

HR very comfortable and cooperative person. TL is good Ashok. . Target is fine. Work pressure not there but people presure heavy.

But manager's are i never ever seen this type of person in my entire life.very very worst. If We are asking our pending OTs and incentives means they are simply performing arrogant.my suggestions is no one can work freely there.

The team is fantastic, and what stands out is their the eagerness to learn and implement new things. They are incredibly supportive and always willing to offer lot of help. keep up the good work team.

A significant drawback in the company is the HR policy, which seems to be arbitrarily designed and subject to change at the HR's discretion. Ideally, HR should act as a bridge between management and employees, but in this case, it feels more like an extension of management. The HR has denied benefits to employees, and there is a need for management to avoid making promises without certainty. Additionally, it's important to show respect to senior employees who have been with the company during challenging times. Also for please stop micromanagement.
