- There is only Work Balance, No life at all - Micro management at it's peek - There won't be any personal growth, there are no certifications which makes difficult to learn new things. Because we don't even get time to join courses after office hours as log out time is flexible :) - No team outings (This might be available for few teams) - No appreciation even after working day and night - Frequent overnight and weekend work. - No safety measures for employees who work late nights (Note: Going on time is a crime) - Only old employees are valued and trusted. Others are just robots. - No job security - Partiality between teams - People make you come to the office even if you are unwell. - Poor leadership qualities

No appreciation in work. 2.Redundant work all the time, if you ask for something new first question that comes to their mind is, is it paid or free. 3.Don't expect any kind of joy working here, you'll be considered a machine and taunted. 4.In the name of flexible work timing it's just a joke, if you are 5 mins late the manager will clap for you in front of the whole office for being late. 5.Certifications is a joke to them as well as personal pursuit for higher education. 6.Appraisals?? What appraisals... 7.For this company every work is a 30 mins work, it can be done in 30 mins. 8.If you are from another state especially North Indian, be ready to face COMMUNAL RACISM from your manager as well as other employees. Over and above its a joke. Want to ruin your health, mental peace this is the right place to join.
