Some mangers are helpful and motivating their teammates. Networking team is very helpful.

Dislikes

Lack of modern technology, Instead of upgrading they downgraded there systems. You are not allowed to think of innovative ideas. If you do all credit goes to team manager, but somehow idea fails then all blame on you. Company had nearabout 80 to 90 employees but they are not providing proper water and tea. There is no on-job training.

Sebiz infotech pvt. ltd. is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. It came into existence with the purpose of brushing up skills of fresh IT graduates to make them industry-ready. It offers a range of products and services ranging from Industrial Training, Online Courses, Weekend Workshops for working. Professional to corporate Training. Working environment is good and learning good things.

There is no opportunity to enhance skills or skill development/learning, no quality work, no career growth & opportunities, wrong commitments, not provide appraisal at the right time, only hire cheap employees, quality doesn't matter for them.

Dislikes

Not even provide appraisal at the right time and always making fool to the employees, not even say yes or no...that going to do or not, not giving opportunity for skill developments/learning, only need quantity not quality.

I did my 6 months training here.it was amazing. Teachers were really nice and supportive..they also gave me some placement options

It's hard to say about bad things of that place..but sometimes its impossible to find your regular space in computer lab..many students were there, We can say time management

training to freshers if they hire is good.

Time limits like u hv to punch your card at 9.55....if it is 9.56 ur leave is deducted and u cannot get out before 7pm. If you are a pregnant lady and going for maternity leave, dont get surprised if they ask you to resign so that they dont hv to pay you maternity leave salary. They only promote their relatives and their chamchas.
