The management can Fire you from Job any time. I will recommend you to apply for safety officer jobs rather wasting time for Fire marshal.They just want to save money and will not give any increment. There is no growth for fire marshal on this site. And too much overload of work. But you will learn lots of things which will help you to apply things in your future work. Important note :- They don't want private institutions diploma holder for fire and safety Eg. NIFE if you are applying for Fire marshal. Its best to do course from government approved courses not the private ones for Diploma in Fire and Safety
