Salary late if 7 is sat and Sunday Boot lickers get Promotion Nepotism is on peak Manager are toothless because everything is defined by CEO Gov office are way more better then there workstation Bathroom always smell No lady for ladies toilet, men clean women toilet Skills less people are staying because they are good in licking Work life balance I say toooooooo goooood. You come at 10 and may go 12 at midnight. (Particular projects) Yours efforts will go in well.......at the time of promotion Will not leave you easily because you worth a lot to them and have project in your hand

NO promotion NO increments NO Diwali Bonus NO work time limit NO sense in owner to talk NO REST, NO Refund, I spend Money from my salary to do company work, owner always treat you like a Labor or like office boy, no matter how much you educate. Till Now it was just worst experience to work with R.P.S.

The company is open to innovation and adopts the latest trending technologies in the market. There is so much to learn here as this company has excellent people in the tech teams. The best part of this company for me was the work-life balance, working environment, and learnings. This is what every individual asks for. Most important if you have skills and want a platform they are ready to provide you, team members and managers are approachable.

...ave worked here for like 2 years and 3 months and nothing seems negative here. Just to remind "compensation is decent", but ultimately work-life is balanced. Anyways, your growth is in your hand, the faster you run the sooner you reach your career goals as you won't face any politics here or any blockers here in your career growth path. The manager of my team was too humble and approachable with a very positive mindset.

...amchagiri system, if you know nothing you can servive simply by do chamchgiri 4. They won't pay your full and final settlement until you take legal action most of the times.....and so on..just don't have time

No matter how much effort you put into the project, giving 100%, during appraisal time, they tell you that they are giving you an appraisal as per policy. However, during the appraisal meeting, they do not communicate the increment they are offering. You only find out about your increment when you receive your salary
