...will haire for you sales but they will take work like operation,sales, pricing. And they Will give salary only 18 k for 7 yrs experience. And they expect revenue 25 Lpa To 50 Lpa. They never give promotion & salary hike give only 5%. Better way you need to start you own company. This is time wasting company. I personally don't recommend please Don't join this company MD & Director also selfish. When you Resign from your Job everyone behaving like enemy.

...sign giving 30 days notice they will take 45 days for Full and final settlement. But they never give salary after professional fight they will give . I have seen many girls who is resign they come with their husband in office for full and final salary fight. But mangement is very worst. 2) Sales people dont get growth only 5% to 10% hike gets. Operation person G cared get 40% hike. 3) They will give Health insurance policy after completing 3 years . Which is very bad policy. 4) Operation people always take under table money . If you do complaint from your senior they will never help . Some old sales manager they take under tabel money from operation manager.this is happening with my all clients. Note:- I requesting to all people those who are reading my feedback regarding this company please don't join. Better way you join some good companies.

... my interview and right after the interview he said you have cleared this round. He even agreed to my salary expectations right away. And he said now you will get a call from our HR for Salary Discussion and everything. Then next day Sakshi Singh, who scheduled my interview, called me up and said you are not shortlisted so i asked her that Mr. Rajesh Kundra told me you have cleared this round and you're telling me am not shortlisted? She said actually your salary expectations are too high. I said okay I'm open to negotiating it further then she said the position has been filled. Like what do they think of candidates? Do they even value them? Or do they even value their own employees? So, i reached out to one of their employees who told me they treat their employees like shit. This kind of behaviour needs to be taken out in the open!

Gurgaon branch is like hell.. Inner politics ruin some 48 JOB. Manager or DY. manager is like MC. They are Gawar. They don't know how to talk with their teammates. They try to dominate you.

Worst Company they Make you offers before Joining and not help to grow in Company .There is some Old employees never help and to grow new employees. Management is not working in system they listen to old employees and terminate new employees. New people never develop and grow
