The best thing about working in this company is the work life balance and the management is very supportive and positive work environment. There is a huge cafeteria for releasing our tensions and gaming arcade for chilling.

Salary is decent but career growth is quite low.

They heavily laid off people however they were kind enough to let people serve 3 month notice and pay them severance based on their years of service in company.

Dislikes

A few Managers are unprofessional and rude but at the same time many are there to always help. Depends on who you get encounter with. I met mostly good people in this org except a very few.

...Learning scope was exponential. Used to get full performance bonus every year. Pay was good compared to other companies.

Job security was one issue. They used fire people who doesn't perform well, once in year. Organization was not that stable, their business was shrinking. I think everything is fine now

The salary is good and the work life balance is also good. They have a nice cafeteria with pool & TT table for refreshment.

There is no job security, no knowledge transfer was provided after joining. The system of working is very much monotonous. My team lead is rude and do not know how to talk.
