Good for freshers with peanuts salary hike
Dislikes
1. Try to layoff experienced people with good salary with more freshers.
2. One person's decision is more than enough
3. You can even get 2% or 1% hike in salary.
4. They have fired numerous people. They don't have enough good projects.
5. They will sell you as a contractor with the name of T&M (Time and material) to other company. They will stress you to the core. HR/Management will not even consider what happens to you during the contract period.
6. They have 4 week projects!!!! I have never heard something like that. You will have to complete it. Searce don't have backbone to ask client to get more time. They just do it.
7. Pre-sales/ Solution team don't bring good projects to the plate.
Compulsory work from office & only 3 days WFH per month.
Responsive and encouraging management, intelligent and competent coworkers and peers, flexibility in choosing amount and type of work done, competitive salaries
Learning and approach was good, not monumental or revolutionary.
Dislikes
Everything else about my likes are my dislikes, poor working conditions, no work life balance and less salary and huge expectations. Misleading salary breakage
Work-life balance
Learning curve
Supportive seniors
Liberal Environment
Dislikes
Low Compensation and Hikes
Package/Appraisal cycle politics based on quarters
Sometimes more work load
No Employee engagement activities
Very Bias Management, Do lots of partiality.
Good project and learning is only two advantages of working here
Dislikes
Poor salary hikes, irresponsible and irrespective HR, worst work life balance, WFH policy, long notice period, chances of working on weekends without any benefits etc etc
