I worked as T.M.E in Congo vessel.But the company send three cadets to engine work . So the captain make me to work on deck side. As a T.M.E i can't improve my working skill. I request to 2 nd engineer after 50 days worked on deck side. But the captain mail to company like I am showing attitude....this is not fair.. Same things ISD did to my third vessel again they send three engine cadets to BRABO vessel..
