...osure and support to handle new machines and technology independently on site. Average pay but on time salary. Incentives for yearly sales of parts and amc, though very meagre percentage. Global leaders in protective packaging solutions. Compensation leave for working on a sunday is available.

Micromanagement. The director interferes directly into each employee as to how and what has to be done by an employee, with no regard to hierarchical approach of management and solutions. Immediate managers are more or less powerless. Too low daily allowance structure for on field work. Travel policy is not good. Zero training and they expect you to solve every mechanical or electrical issue alone as all visits are done individually not by team of two for a unique machine model on site. Too much inter departmental interference. Packaging material sales is overpowering every other department. They just want to sell their packaging material and would not care if the machine they supply for the material to be processed is substandard quality. This results in customer dissatisfaction for the machine and service frequency. Virtually no one has in depth machine knowledge or experience on food packaging machinery. Very little percentage of appraisal standard for service engineers.

I really enjoyed my tenure in SealedAir Mumbai, BDM processed foods sector. Work culture and ambience is very good in SealedAir and I appreciate the efforts of Leadership team who have consistently maintaining the same.
