Work culture, operation manager (Navnath) and HR (Gayatri). Operation manager sends dirty messages to girls. There was no action taken against him even after complaining to hr. I will not recommend any female employee to work here. Stay away from this company.

Company announced WFH before state govt imposed lockdown in the month of march. Post that, i have been working from home. Ofcourse, In my case.I moved to home town and my HR team never insisted me to comeback. Also, Being part of performance marketing team, we are used to execute our daily assignments with the help of little co-ordination over the zoom or hangout calls. Overall, I am happy with the organization.
