Almost Everything. Team members and management are all supportive. Likes promotion/increment depending upon your performance. USA team is also very supportive. Helps in increasing knowledge and implement the same. HR team is also very kind and supportive.

Nothing, except it could be better if provide GMI and GPAI policy.

I love the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliability, and high-Quality products, and has a global client base. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultures and we happily work in collaboration.

lack of on job training. I do receive appreciation emails from my management, but they mostly go unnoticed during yearly appraisals.

Very good technicians & engineers but a Non Technical Sr Vice president & a purely Non Technical Incompetent & a hypocrite Indian Director & wicked International sales director is spoiling the Company . Most of the factory personnels are forced to work on non permanent basis .
