For instance, if your salary is ₹40,000 with a project allowance of ₹15,000, they'll deduct the allowance, leaving you with just ₹25,000, putting you in a difficult spot. Additionally, some HR team members have irritating personalities."

The clients SE-Mentor aligns us with are great. Especially IQVIA. nothing else is worth talking about.

Dislikes

... employee welfare is non existent. The HR department is not at all professional. The salary and hike process is very partial and the hike amount is not at all in par to the reviews we get from the clients. The process itself is not efficient and the disparity between the salary from the client and from SE-Mentor is huge.

... the resignation but they told me that they have clients interview again for me. Otherwise I will be in bench with no salary!!!. I attended and luckily I got selected. things get worsen because it is a shift job (3pm to 12pm). They didn't told about that as well. After 3 months shift job, without any prior notice they kick me out of the company. They have no proper reason to say while I am asking. That made me so wierd and annoying. They lay off the employees without any issues. The company is not trustworthy to join.
