Every thing is fine and the MD is like GOD but lots of meetings and conferences in a day which effect in job responsibility and due to which per day work getting late. After all the culture, job security etc all are best.

PH products are exclusive and monopoly their quality is good & all pesticides and fungicides as well as weedicides quality is very excellent farmers come to Dealer Shop with empty product bottles to show to give the same one it is with most of the all products....

No career growth and training in this company. New learning from this organisation is almost nil.

After Japanese quit their shares holding from the company entire organisation is changed and gone to old culture. Company more focus on PGR products range and less interest in pesticides products.

well superb working environment , we all colleague works like a family ,always ready to help everyone. for the sake of company.Head office interference is very much low, they keep us all designated person free hand to work for the growth of the company
