1) Minimum product is available in there . 2)There is no provision of traning on the product. 3)Due to low product range it is not possible to cover all areas or all outlets. 4)The customer does not agree to take the distributor ship only because of the ghee division.

(1) Joined SDP Industries Pvt Ltd for only better prospects (2) Earlier company I was performing well and long association more than 13 years and further also was available well. (3) Reason was joining SDP was "can explore all with best suitable experience and do well mutual benefit nd growth. (4) Sales department is responsible for Channel sales and distribution, achieving volume and related multiple task. But not plant level or products, Variants, Package and size - Consistent quality and quantity. (5) At plant level came to know- Was in trial and heat. If desire sales successful than invest. Generated demands was not fulfilled in period of more than three months and continues quality issue hit the market. Resulted entire issues at market places, couldn't manage generated demands sales supply due to plant level quality checked and infrastructure. In spite of no support from plant, Continued putting efforts to generate new business volume. Old business collapsed due to quality, quantity not received(Generted demand order placed well in advance), Started conflict with All level. Tried to discuss with concerned top people but not responded, neither bother to give me time for rectification and achieving desire goal. Mailed to All concerned, stating above and discussion. (6) Several time visited office with Appointment and without it, never entertained. It means management was not ready to except their faults. (7) Sales team remuneration and reimbursement is still pending unsolved till date. (8) Completely unprofessional approch by one so called looking entrepreneur industrialist at All level. (9) Now important to highlight here, This company is trying to again relaunch their products by recruiting new sales persons, I request All new joinies to check everything before and confirm mentioned above truth. (10) This came to my knowledge when they started approaching All business Associates brought in system by me and my sales team. Other should not get suffer
