Hello sir my name is velmurugan i worked as security guard in mangal kootrod and chozhavaram village but my field officer added salary when he hired me.But even after I worked for 21 days, he paid only 7647. I told them about it and there was no response. Their names are Jayaraj and Ashok.My ID number is 779385 I hope you find this and give me a good result Not only that, I have worked 6 days this month and if you do not come, they are blackmailing you that your salary will not come.

They are paying less. And even asking about it, there is no proper answer.

Job security is not guaranteed. Management depends on client* words and complaints mostly for any discussion. Employees work under so much of constraints coz of blue collar workers undependable committment. Hunt for security guards and facility management ground workers 24x 7 x 365 days. One gets tired and the demand from Operations departments are ever-continuous which makes the HR and Admin functions always unstable.

Dislikes

Its not i am disliking the SDB Select Services tenure. But the pressure is immense on a day to day basis. Coz of search and filling of blue collar workers (Security guards) which happens continuously and it becomes a nightmare eventually.

The company had Indian culture in which the employees will gossip and to get name they will go and complaint about their colleagues and peers. There were no Appreciation for the right person who really does the job. The company is partial.
