I have nothing to say with this.

Very first thing that disappointed me before joining is their joining formalities. They kept lying with me for joining date by giving the non sense reasons and postponed it 4 times. I was a fresher and they wasted my more than a one and half month for giving the appointment mail and confirmation. They don't provide the appointment letter to the employees who have newly after joining the firm.I had to suffer a lot for this.There HR policies are also very poor.They also lied about the offering CTC while hiring and once you are about to join the firm they offer the actual CTC which is 20-30 % less then that said while hiring process.They do not follow the IT culture.
