Nothing… they want 24/7 availability. Interns are put infront of clients without any proper training and expect us to do a CISO level job.

The Director Even they don’t pay PF correctly and steal from that as well but nobody to help.

Worst of the companies you'll ever find in India to work in. Toxicity at its peak. 3 blunthead Co-founders who can't even manage a company, 1 toxic and barbaric Director who runs the show with no knowledge or basic ethics on how to treat employees (literally abuses his employees) and lastly, 1 freak lady, doesn't know the basics of InfoSec Security and she has been given the job of heading the InfoSec department. They hire temporary interns on the pretext of giving them FTE offers but kick them within 2-3 month once their job is done.

Dislikes

There's nothing to like about this circus company. All the good employees left within a month because of the Director's autocracy. They have the most outdated GRC tool ever made for which they drive their business. Not a business perhaps fooling the clients all around. Caution: Beware of joining or doing business with company else if you want to get exploited throughout.

It's a good sector to work in. Good amount of growth and development.

Dislikes

Management doesn't care about employees and push their limits. There's no set KRAs. Everyone is doing everything. Don't meet commitments. Bootlickers in the office become Team lead, who have no spine of their own.
