New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. If you are looking for engineer role then don't expect respect for the support engineers,engineers leaves always get cancelled they are underpaid and underprivileged,There is always a discrimination within the other departments and support is always last,work is always unnecessarily escalated without any reason,They expect us to work as family,but when it comes to benefits the Support department gets separated
