Everything, toxic culture. People just know how to pin you down. Founder doesn't pay much attention to teams. Worst managers, they themselves don't know the work. They would give unrealistic deadlines & then expect you to work till 1-2am

1. No professionalism in the company 2. Even director drinks alcohol during office hours 3. No respect to junior employees 4. Unnecessary pressure for day 1 with induction and they thought you know each and every thing from day 5. Worst company of my entire 10 year career 6. Soft hearted and hard working candidate don’t apply here at all. You all will lose your identity

I've been working at Scroll for almost 1.5 years and it's been a great journey. Neha Bajaj, the founder of the company, is absolutely amazing. She truly motivates, guides, and supports in any matter. When I joined, I was very unsure if I would stay here or not. However, the learning and growth that this company has provided me in my professional career are honestly remarkable. I have learned so many things and am looking forward to working for many years ahead with the Scroll mantra.

The best thing about working in Scroll Mantra is that people here give you opportunity to expand your horizons and grow as a professional as well as a good human being. Neha Bajaj, the boss of the company allow everyone to be themselves and put their creative ideas on table no matter if you are an intern or a full time employee. Everyone is treated equal here. And most importantly, Scroll throws the best parties possible. Overall best company to be in.
