... 1. Favouritism, old people will be more favourite. 2. Lack of appreciation. 3. Very less salary, freshers will be hired in less salary and will be given the work load by seniors and will pressurise the freshers. 4. Never expect much in salary increment. Trust me its terrible. You will be insulted if you ask for increment. 5. Lacks in cafeteria and facilities. 6. Seniors are spy. Never talk about the management in front of them otherwise you will face politics. 7. No separate space for parking. 8. No challenging projects. You will be working on the same thing repeatedly. After a ample amount of time, there wont be anything new to learn. 9. You will be asked to work on saturdays. No extra compensation for the working saturdays and also salary will be deducted for any reasons which is outside the boundaries of policies. Tip to the management - Please trust the employees and pay them for the work they do. People also do have personal life to sustain and personal time to spend. Also have a fixed policies, don't do anything which is not mentioned under the policies. Freshers Engineers arent meant to be hired in 7k to 10k. Pay some respectable amount Tip to the freshers - Dont stay for too long, try switching the companies within a year and half or two. Avoid getting to friendly and get familiar. Getting too friendly will make you think from leaving the organisation. Try to maintain the package : experience proportion. Package should be directly proportional to the exp.
