...3months increment, but nothing to do in my working life in company after 1years. After 1years 4months when I resign letter mailed then this company provides my salary increment, then after the increment have not any particular salary date. Company HR, MD Himangshu Sekhar Sahoo told every employees months 15 is salary date but they not provide salary in the months of 15, there have no salary date. 1 months salary employees given after two months if he provides owners want. This company have not clear per months employees deducted PF & ESIC amounts, not provide valid account no.

Dislikes

Every company have a rules that follows everyone, there have a many rules but company want work, money. No enjoyment this company but we are employees trying to enjoy for release the work pressure. Hr partiality's his own choices person personally. Salary problem continues. Any time without any talk terminating. Rough behaviour with employees. No accountants. Now I have left this company. Those who understand everyone left this company. My opinion beware to join this company.

Nothing. It is fraud company.

Everything. The place is horrible. CEO is terrible. He never pays the salary on time and even if he pays the salary after pledging several times at the end of the month, you can not expect full payment. It was just disgusting. I just have no words to express how disgusting it is to be in a such company.

They can't pay salary. They pay current month's salary, next month 20th. They gave me confirmation letter after 3 months, but drove me away after 15 days. Because their project was cancelled. In the project there supposed to be 4 resources, but they recruited only two.

Himanshu Shekar shaooo is a terrible person. Does not take care of employees. I resigned my previous company to join here. But after three and half months I was jobless.
