I have worked here for 3 years 3 months Nothing is there to like here, wasting our time and skills

No hike, unprofessional behaviour from team lead and general manager , no skills development all my 3 years it's a total waste of time here no promotion no recognize no hike , no overtime , no incentives I have worked in multiple projects , this company is full of politics so bad behaviour bad attitude from teams leads and to that supporting them there is general manager. I won't recommend anyone to this company. So much harassment , torture to the employees,

1. Time to time get salary 2. Sometimes you can get leave for non-delivery of data.

Dislikes

1. Poor work culture. 2. One of a TL's Behaviour is Bad and non magangable 3.No Job security. 4. They can fire you whenever they want without any reason. 5.They can get the job done from you as soon as possible. 6. Haven't learning new thing.

Healthy work atmosphere as there's not much pressure and the management is easy to communicate with. Very reasonable people who see subordinate as people rather than just employees.

Salary is a bit less as its an open salary compared to normal standard.

Here the people are very helpful in making and growing of your career. Whatever the compensation and benefits be but there has to be job satisfactions which is very much here. I love the environment and ambiance which makes me, working here very satisfied.

Well i do not have anything that i have to complain about because people her will help out with any problems that you would come across.
