On contractual basis, i am not given any perks . Sometimes a lot of work is given suddenly. No dedicated team for me , No on time promotion or increase in salary

Everything is wrong. The top management does not know what they want. They just ask for numbers and don't even know the metrics.

Overall it was good.you get so many opportunities to learn new things plus enhance your skills.As a fresher you should join to learn and grow.

Only part which i dont like about the company is the timing and working hour culture.some of you will love that but according to me ,8.30 or 9am is ideal time to start your work so that you can have work life balance.
