Team mates and training was good. But there is no career growth, no on time salary and heavy politics in company.

I have worked in scotts for 4 years.but no on time salary. But at the end from jun 18 to nov 18 i didn't get salary only. Settlement, bonus 16-17 & 17-18 & PF everthing is pending...

Likes

The company is open to innovation and ideas. Working with the company and teammates helps out in coming up with a worthy product. As a result I got the opportunity to handle clients from UK, Europe which add on environment of experiencing international buyers and clients.

Dislikes

Growth and increment is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work extra hours to meet the deadline. Managers do value an individual's unique strength but that go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
